Biographical Sketch
Hollick Rajkumar has over 40 years experience in Management Consulting. Before starting HRC Associates in 1990, Hollick spent 10 years with KPMG and PwC where he developed and led the respective HR and Organisation consulting practices.
Hollick is widely acknowledged to be one of the leading Executive Search, Compensation, and Organisation Consultants in the English-speaking Caribbean and is recognised as a thought leader in these areas of consulting. As such, he is often invited to lead and participate in workshops and seminars on related topics.
Hollick serves as an Advisor to various Boards on succession planning, talent retention, board and CEO recruitment, and executive compensation. He also assists family businesses on leadership, succession, and transitioning to improved governance and management.
HRC Associates, which he still leads, is recognised as amongst the leading consulting firms in its field regionally, and has a wide network of local and international Associates, including a 25-year-old strategic alliance with Korn Ferry Hay to better serve the wider Caribbean region.
Over the years, Hollick has led consulting assignments for many clients across industries in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors including Financial Services, Energy, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Technology and Telecommunications, Transportation, and Utilities. He has built professional relationships with leading Caribbean executives and is often called upon to lend support, advise, and provide coaching to senior executives and professionals on their career options and personal development.
Prior to his consulting career, Hollick spent 8 years working in the Manufacturing, Insurance, and Hospitality sectors in Marketing, Supply Chain, and Administration.
Hollick holds a Master’s Degree in Change Management from the University of Oxford/HEC Paris, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Alberta, Canada. He enjoys music, travel, and cultural activities and actively supports various charitable causes.
