Biographical Sketch
Amit Ragoobar is currently a Consultant on the Compensation and Projects Team with seven (7) years’ experience in Human Resource Consulting. He has led on several Base Salary and Total Reward Surveys on behalf of clients locally and the wider Caribbean. He also assists the team with Job Evaluation Exercises, economic market research, and data analysis.
Amit holds a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from the University of the West Indies as well as an MBA (Distinction, specialising in Finance) from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, University of the West Indies.
