Sean is a change implementation consultant with over 16 years experience in the Caribbean, North and South America. After three years in corporate turnaround at a Toronto-based firm he switched to operational performance improvement with top tier clients like the Massy, Bank of St Lucia, Worley Parsons, Trinidad Cement Limited, Methanex, BP, BG, Cenovus Energy, and the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago.
Sean leads programs that deliver operational improvements while building client capability to sustain new levels of performance. He specialises in process, business management system, leadership development and change management interventions that deliver results.
Sean holds a BA from York University (Toronto) and a MA from the State University of New York. He is Six Sigma and Prosci Change Management certified.
