Biographical Sketch
Sandra Chapman has over ten (10+) years’ experience as the Lead Consultant in Executive Recruitment for a wide range of organisations across varying industry sectors. She has successfully placed individuals at the professional, management, senior executive- C-Suite and CEO levels locally and regionally. She leads on the Outplacement Management Program providing coaching on career and personal development. She assists in Compensation Market Surveys, Job Evaluation, and Executive Coaching assignments. She has been a guest lecturer in HR at the University of the West Indies.
In addition, Sandra has twenty (20) years’ experience leading teams in the field of Marketing and Business Development for a cross section of local and international companies in the UK and Trinidad and Tobago.
Sandra holds a Bachelor Honours degree in Business Studies specialising in Marketing from Brighton University, UK, she holds a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a diploma from the Market Research Society. Sandra is also accredited by Thomas International as a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner.
